WHERE OUR FEET WALK

BY

Bright blue daisies
growing lush
in the bright green grass
pretty yellow centers
lifted up by tall straight stems
their home is a grassy patch
under the protective limb
of an old tree
bending over them
in a comforting shelter
they wave in the breeze
and lift their tiny perfectly formed petals
to the sun
tiny blue fairy steps
around a bucket of gold
some are tall, and some short
relative to each other
but all show forth the glories
of a God
that cares to put bright beauties of splendor
in the places where our feet walk.
